Welcome to WebMindr. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all work related to website design, development, UI/UX design, and any digital services provided by WebMindr.

1. Services Provided

WebMindr offers:

  • Website Design & Development
  • UI/UX Design Services
  • Graphic/UI Asset Creation
  • Website maintenance (if purchased separately)

All service details, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project start.

2. Payment & Billing

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
  • Final payment must be made before delivery of final files or website launch.
  • Hosting, domain, stock images, or third-party tools are billed separately if needed.
  • No work will be delivered or transferred until full payment is completed.

3. Revisions

  • Each project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on the agreed package.
  • Additional revisions beyond the package will incur extra charges.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Client receives full ownership of the final website & design after full payment.
  • WebMindr retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, advertisements, or case studies.
  • All drafts, design files, and unapproved concepts remain WebMindr’s intellectual property.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Required content (text, photos, brand info, logos, etc.)
  • Timely feedback & approvals

Failure to provide required materials may delay the project delivery.

6. Cancellation

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, 100% refund is possible.
  • If design/development has started, the advance fee is non-refundable.

7. Limitations of Liability

WebMindr is not liable for:

  • Losses due to hosting/domain issues beyond our control.
  • Security breaches caused by third-party apps or client modifications.
  • Damages caused by client’s failure to maintain, update, or secure their website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka and internationally recognized digital service laws.
