Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to WebMindr’s digital services, including website development & UI/UX design.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only before any major work begins. Examples:

• Work has not started
• No designs or concepts have been delivered

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

• Design concepts or drafts have been delivered
• Final project files or website has been handed over
• Client fails to provide content on time
• The project delay is caused by the client’s lack of feedback

3. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after partial work, WebMindr may offer a partial refund, deducting charges for time and work completed.

4. Revisions

Revisions included in the package are free. Extra revisions will cost additional fees and are not refundable.

5. Digital Nature

Since our services are digital work, once approved by the client, all payments become final and non-refundable.
